I recently interviewed Brad R Lambert. Brad is a producer, talent manager and international speaker. Brad has worked with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. Check out the conversation we had below!
1. Who is Brad Lambert in real life?
BRAD – I’m a Producer, Talent Manager and INTL. Speaker in Los Angeles, CA. I work with the top Brands, Studios, Celebrities, Artists and Professionals in the Industry – Prominent collaboration partners include: Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Warner Bros. Pictures, Chris Hemsworth, Sony Pictures, The Pittsburgh Steelers, Universal Pictures, Gary Vaynerchuk and more. At the end of the day, I’m just a guy who is chasing my passions and attempting to live out my dreams, while adding value and assisting those around me in hopes that they find happiness and achieve their dreams too.
2. How did you start your journey in the entertainment industry?
BRAD – Prior to moving to Los Angeles, I worked in the Sports Industry for almost 10 years while I was on the East Coast. When I moved to Los Angeles 5 years ago, I started out working with Robert Downey Jr. and his incredible team. After that, I spent the next 2 years managing digital marketing campaigns for Warner Bros. for their TV, Film & Catalog titles. Since then, I’ve been working for myself and trying to capitalize on the many opportunities that this industry provides.
3. How did you land clients like Marvel, WB etc?
BRAD – In business and in life, it’s all about providing value. Through my time out here in Los Angeles, I’ve built many relationships with people in the industry which leads you to many doors for potential opportunities. Once you’re at the door, it’s your job to provide the necessary value to open the door and acquire the opportunity. I was able to bring the necessary value and I was thorough and reliable in my execution, which allows me to come back and work with them further on future projects. Last year was special because I was able to work with Walt Disney Studios and Marvel Studios on the campaign for “Avengers: Endgame” and again with Marvel Studios with Sony Pictures on the campaign for “Spider-Man: Far From Home”.
If you’re young in the industry, look for “openings” to add value. If you see a company, brand, celebrity etc. who is in need of something (PR, Marketing, Content, etc.), bring that value to the table and watch how many doors open for you.

4. Could you tell us more about how you took Mateo to the Spider-Man Far From Home premier?
BRAD R LAMBERT- I spoke at NC State University almost 2 years ago; While I was there a student connected me to her friend Mateo Coka, a 21-year-old 3x cancer survivor (He fought cancer 3x in the first 10 years of his life) and the biggest Spider-Man fan I’ve ever met. I found out when hearing his story that Spider-Man helped get him through the darkest days of his life; Those stories, TV shows, films and characters brought him happiness and peace of mind when he needed it the most.
(Not sure if this is relevant to the “experience” but it is part of the story)
We became friends and I essentially became a mentor for him and his career moving forward. I assisted in getting him an internship with Robert Downey Jr. and his production company that next summer, which meant he had to move to Los Angeles for a few months! He had his very own “Stark Internship”. 🙂
With him in Los Angeles for the summer, the timing could not have been more perfect for what happened next. I was working with Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios on the marketing campaign for the release of “Spider-Man: Far From Home”. Knowing Mateo was a massive fan, I was able to acquire an extra ticket to the World Premiere to take him.
I wanted this to be a special “memorable” experience for him, so I was little creative in my way of telling him that he was going. I told him that Sony Pictures wanted me to do a reaction video to some exclusive, never-before-seen footage of “Spider-Man: Far From Home”. Knowing he was a big fan, I asked Sony Pictures if he could join, and they said yes. He was absolutely thrilled with the opportunity to potentially see seconds of new footage for the upcoming film. I rented out a small private theatre room to view the “exclusive” footage, but in reality, none of this was real…it was just a cover story to reveal the fact that he was going to go to the World Premiere.
The “exclusive” trailer began, and about 15-20 seconds in, it glitched out and the footage disappeared as if the video was corrupt or broken. It then smashed-cut to a beautiful sky and birds chirping, panning down to me walking out of a building. I questioned what he was doing and that we didn’t “have time for this”, because he had to go back to his apartment to change, because we were going to the World Premiere that night. The reaction that followed was absolutely priceless, and the pure joy and emotion that was displayed were so heartwarming and wholesome. Mateo was crying, screaming and just completely overwhelmed. Later he revealed to me that it was the best night of his life.
At the end of the day, we all need to be kind to one another. If you have the opportunity to do something nice for somebody else, just do it. You just may change a life…
5. What have you learned working in the industry, that can benefit someone who is just starting out?
BRAD – You’re not “too big” for any job or opportunity. Starting out, your goal should be to provide as much value as possible, big or small, as often as you can. That will help you build relationships and your reputation while learning and gaining experience in multiple areas. At the end of the day, if you’re always providing value and you’re reliable…you will always get the call.
6. Do you think an educational qualification is necessary to succeed in life? (Particularly in this industry)
BRAD – I think gaining a degree is important, but it’s not for everyone. I never want to discourage entrepreneurship, so you have to do what’s best for you. If you’re able to get into the industry quicker (prior to graduating), that experience is so incredibly valuable and beyond anything, a normal “education” could provide. I’m speaking from experience, as I took a year off from school to work full-time for a marketing agency and manage major clients all over the country. So to answer your question I think experience and talent are far more necessary than a degree, but if that’s the path you choose it is not a poor decision.
7. Is there something you’d like to say to our readers?
BRAD – Lead with kindness, provide whatever value you can in as many situations as you can, build genuine relationships with others and IF you can do something nice for somebody else, do it. Not everything always has to be a transaction.

Arooba Najaf Talks About Making It As A Video Editor
Today, we are in a conversation with Arooba Najaf. Arooba is a video editor who agreed to sit down with us and talk about how she started off her career as a video editor. Read on!
1. Who is Arooba Najaf in real life?
Arooba – Who am I? Personally, sometimes I ask myself the same question and think I am just a simple person making the world a better place. I’m just an ordinary girl from the Jersey Shore editing videos and always sharing the love of my pets. I would describe myself as an ambitious, humble, and caring person. With a story told through visuals. If you ever see me in person I am the girl who smiles and makes sure you leave with some wisdom and tend to listen then speak. I would say there are many words to describe me but I’ll let you decide on that.
2. Why did you decide to get into video editing as a profession?
Arooba – Personally, I was about to become a dental assistant and follow a path I didn’t settle in my heart. After editing some vlogs and just learning more I decided to take this full-on after university. You can say it was a literal huge leap of faith. I had 4 years of no luck or even clients and learned a lot from editors like Justin Odisho. I knew in my heart as well as my gut I had to do something creative so I took that leap as soon as a felt it. Working wasn’t for me and I felt like I needed to do something that kept me going.
3. How did you start out as a video editor?
Arooba – Video editing was something I actually learned from watching YouTube and just taking my own pace on it. When I first started I had no clue and turned to Youtube to develop my knowledge. Was it easy? Nope, but I didn’t give up on making sure I learned every detail. As my vlogs grew and did some small gigs I got better and built on the craft. One of the key series that helped develop this skill was through the entrepreneur series and I wanted my videos to look and feel like Gary Vanerchuck videos. Through, patience and practice all the small details made sense.
4. What was that one moment in your career that gave you a sense of accomplishment?
Arooba – I honestly can’t choose one moment because every accomplishment to me matters in making the creative work matter. I’ve grown through every video and growing every day so I would say it keeps me humble for the skill and what every video brings along. Videos just tell the story but the creativity just makes it worthwhile.
5. What would you say to someone who is just starting out in your field?
Arooba – Personally, I would say to learn and just be patient with yourself. Being, creative isn’t easy but the years you put in will eventually pay off. There will be unexpected ups and downs and you never know will the work will take you. You just have to take it a step at a time, build relationships, and keep learning.

Julia Ehrlich Talks About Making It As A Fitness Entrepreneur
Today, we are in conversation with Julia Ehrlich, a 24-year-old fitness entrepreneur. She was kind enough to take the time out and talk to us about her journey & how she was able to make it as a fitness entrepreneur and how her CHEERBOD Challenge is helping more people inspire change and grow.
1. Who is Julia Ehrlich In Real Life?
Julia Ehrlich: My name is Julia and I’m probably the world’s first Cheerleading Entrepreneur. I show High-Achieving Women how to have FUN when they work out, by using the same cheerleading techniques that I used in my Division 1 College cheerleading career.
My life revolves around the definition of FUN. I explore how to find fun in every aspect of my life, which creates positivity & consistency each day. By using tight sharp cheer arm motions, jumps, and core tightening cheer moves, women would be in better shape if they just did these fun exercises. And I choose to show them FUN through cheer. I am a 24-year-old entrepreneur that is living in St. Petersburg Florida in a house full of other awesome business owners.
First off, I absolutely love any sort of active movement: Cheerleading, Dance, Gymnastics, Beach Yoga, Acro, Hiking, Runs, Kayaking, Skiing, Ice Skating, Gym, and challenging myself to try new and exciting activities to move my body.
Secondly, I crave learning. Attending networking events, meeting new people, and cultivating new experiences, which allows me to grow and accomplish things I never thought I would. I challenge myself to learn something new every day which entices me to share with others. @troyeriscon @Joshsnow.
Third, I love travelling and spending time with her family and friends. My goal is to visit as many topical places as possible and one day make it to Bora Bora.
2. How did you start your career as a Fitness Coach / Entrepreneur?
Julia Ehrlich: I was raised always doing some sort of sport, whether it was dance, gymnastics, or even tennis. In 7th grade, my friend asked me if I was going to try out for our middle school cheerleading team. From that point on and being a part of winning & champion cheerleading teams, I was always able to stay in such great shape. My legs were strong, my booty was toned, my 6 pack abs were popping, and my arms were elongated & tight. In college, a bunch of my friends were asking how I was able to “stay in such good shape” and “If I could help!” come up with a game plan to achieve the same toned features.
I made an Instagram account @juliaehrlichfitness to start showing people my fun exercises. Funny enough, I didn’t even own a gym membership at the time. I mainly used bodyweight training from the past handful of years of Cheerleading. It was easy to stay in shape because I was just having fun and doing what I love.
In college, I worked as a personal trainer for a fitness boutique & learned a lot about the body, the way food affects you, and how important consistency was.
I was on a roll. I founded and scaled the CU Boulder – The Boulder Buffs Cheer Team over 2 years, personally trained clients, and even had my own personal training side hustle.
After college, I received a job offer as an Executive Assistant for a world-class direct response copywriter. This really opened my eyes to see what was possible as an entrepreneur and the amount of work it took to run several multimillion-dollar businesses. After about 9 months of learning at lightning speed & absorbing from 6-9 figure entrepreneurs, I was able to go out on my own. I realized that sitting at a desk all day had made me less flexible and was replaced by more cellulite on the back of my legs, droopy butt, flabby arms, and no abs. I figured if I could work out as a cheerleader again, maybe I’d get back to my “cheer bod” & be happy with my body like I had when I was younger.
As I started creating at home cheer based < 28-minute workouts a few times a week, I realized I was having a blast. The best thing was that I started seeing vivid changes: tightened back of legs, bubble butt, toned stomach, and strong toned arms, all happened over 12 weeks.
My friends noticed the transformation I had gone through, and asked if Cheerleading was really the reason why… When I thought about it, the reason it works is that it’s FUN. Most people quit working out because it isn’t fun. But when you’re having fun, how can you possibly fail?
I realized that millions of other women also struggle to work out because it’s not enjoyable, so that’s why I created the CHEERBOD Challenge – to show women how to have fun & lose weight at the same time.
3. What is the most important thing you’ve learned on your path to becoming a fitness entrepreneur?
Julia Ehrlich: Adaptation. When I first had the idea of the CHEERBOD Challenge, I had pictured something completely different from what it is right now. My idea was to show past cheerleaders that there is still an option to do cheerleading as an adult. Although, it turns out that because cheerleading is a newer competitive sport, many women just don’t know about how the sport tones your body. So I have adapted to educating all women that there is a new FUN way to work out & get shredded through cheerleading. Adapting has led to many open doors and added value that has led to the early success of my CHEERBOD Challenge.
4. When did you realize a career in fitness was best suited for you?
Julia Ehrlich: This year! Working under a marketing expert, as his executive assistant really allowed me to understand what all goes into running a business. I have been very lucky to have made so many amazing and supportive connections, which has elevated me to help me share my mission that women can have FUN & lose weight with fun cheer workouts in under 28 minutes a couple of times a week.
5. What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out? (In this field) Fitness
Julia Ehrlich: Have Fun! You will no longer feel like you are working out. First, ask yourself what is it that you actually enjoy? Where times slip away, you are smiling, having fun, and when you feel accomplished. Once you realize that, you are able to focus on enjoying yourself and working out becomes a lot easier! It sounds cheesy, but doing what you love brings momentum as it becomes easy to want to do it again. Just remember that life is too short to do things that you don’t enjoy, so why waste your time?

Julia Ehrlich: Thank you for this opportunity! I think it is amazing that NWSPPR is sharing that fitness can be FUN through unique cheer workouts. It is inspiring to see how much NWSPPR cares to help humanity live healthier lives through new cheer fitness to positively change lives.
7. Is there something you would like to say to our readers?
Julia Ehrlich: If you want it, go after it now. There is no better time than the present to take action and start enjoying your life. If you wait, you are only holding yourself back from what you actually want.
Mentors, my parents, and books have all told us this from a very early age. So I live a life of challenging myself & putting myself out there no matter what may happen. Sometimes it was scary, I’m not going to lie about that. And you know what? Uncertainty is scary. However, taking initiative is far more rewarding.
That is why I am reinventing how women see fitness! The past years of Fitness Coaching, being a Division 1 Cheerleader, Coaching Cheer & Funding the Boulder Buffs Cheer Team, all over the past 12 years, has led the establishment of the CHEERBOD Challenge.
I’m pumped that I have taken mentors’ words with me to this very day. Wanting success & going after it, has led me to build a FUN lifestyle that shows women how to have FUN with their workouts. So why make excuses and continue to wait? Remember that you are the only person that can hold yourself back.

Aashman Foundation making less privileged females ready for periods with Voice Brand Ambassador VJ Aman
Aashman Foundation is a Non-profit Organization that works for the upliftment of the families of single income widows which makes it one of the kind. It not only supports the womenfolk but also helps them built skills which would enable them to become the bread earners of their family. Skills like Stitching, beauty parlour, patient care, computers etc are taught by the NGO.
Menstruation or commonly known as periods is the monthly cycle of bleeding. Every month a women’s body prepares for pregnancy and in case no pregnancy occurs, the womb sheds the lining. This process takes 4-6 days normally. To ease the process we use sanitary napkins which soak the blood. The usage of sanitary napkins has proven to be easy as well as hygienic.
It is said that India lives in many centuries at the same time. And it is proven every day by the women of India. While the middle class and the upper class have the privilege of comfort and hygiene when they are menstruating, the lower class sadly does not.
Even today many women in villages resort to old clothes, grass and even ashes. This is not only uncomfortable but also a grave danger to the health of those women.
While Covid rages across the country, we tend to forget the many problems we had before this pandemic arrived at our doorstep. Women of India suffer from the problem of unawareness which takes a toll on their health. If not taken care of, this unhygienic way can even lead to many diseases and ultimately affect the families too. If they apply grass and ashes, the cleanliness is not taken care of and also it has a long term affect the health of the women which would result into many diseases and the infants and children in the family would suffer too. This makes it imperative for us to help such women to have a better reach of sanitary napkins.
Let’s be ready for Red a campaign by Aashman Foundation. The aim of the campaign is to distribute Sanitary napkins as well as underwear to the women who are underprivileged and do not have the means to purchase such commodities.
The campaign rests at the heart of the issue that many women in India do not even have the privilege of owning underwear and helping them understand more about hygiene would lead to a better standard of living.
The Voice Brand Ambassador of the foundation is VJ Aman. She has played a pivotal role in the campaign as she voices the concerns of such women through her videos being a video jockey in the film industry and helps spread awareness of the campaign on the social platforms which helps the campaign to gain momentum in the public eye.
Aashman Foundation and VJ Aman had gone to the village of Haryana named Toka. They help bring the ground reality in the public domain which happens to be entirely different from the government stated facts. It was said that 80% of the women are aware of the usage of sanitary pads but only 30% use them. But in the village of Toka, 0 women had sought the usage of sanitary napkins because they didn’t own underwear. The foundation distributed many underwears as well as sanitary napkins to the women living in the area. Many such endeavours are planned by the foundation in the coming times to help the cause of sanitary napkins.
While we sit in the comfort of our homes while in pain, it is important to realize that many women do not have the comforts of going back to their places as the means of earning their bread is hard. And to do labour in pain is not an easy task. To help them ease their pain, we can donate sanitary napkins and underwear. This may help them have a better life and better hygiene and better health.
